Looking for jobs often requires applying to many different positions and companies. The LinkedIn feature "Easy Apply" really helped me find a job. I can see how this feature, by simply telling Bärnhard that he should apply for the job he just showed you, could elevate the job-finding experience.

As a grizzly.jobs user I would like to see, how well my profile fits a specific job offering, to see whether it is worth applying for it.

I am not always looking for FT work but also a working student job and I don‘t want to get offered a 40h Job
